This building is located at the suburbs of Athens in the area next to the golf court in Glyfada, and consists of three one floor apartments of 250 m2 each.

This project was focused on the renovation of an existing abandoned shell full of discordant architectural elements that were a bad mimic of traditional architecture of the Greek islands (arcs etc.).

This single family residence (700 m2) in Psychiko is situated on a large corner plot in Psychiko, a suburb of Athens. The site (1570 m2) is characterized by a large difference in height of the streets that surround it.

Residence in Voula, Concept Studio Leonidas Maniotis & Helen Pelekanaki

Starting from the privileged position of the land with a spectacular view, the design and the chosen materials of the residence should have been able to highlight this advantage.
