Both residences were designed in the south side of the land taking maximum advantage of the better conditions of lighting and ventilation.

The orientation of the main spaces of the two residences is southeast with shared access to the outdoor pool area. The living room, dining room and kitchen are found on the ground floor, whereas the bedrooms, bathrooms and the dressing area are on the first floor.
