The architectural form of the building tries to embody the anthropocentric vision and cooperative principles of the bank and at the same time to become a landmark for the city of Nicosia. The outer shell makes reference to the historical relationship of the bank with the agricultural community. The internal atrium with the vertical gardens is accessible to all users and improves the working conditions. The sculptural roof of the atrium is a lightweight construction and consists of a series of photovoltaic glass blinds with translucent sunshades underneath which diffuses the light in the patio area and offices underneath.
