Βy adding Byblos Caviar to its fine dining portfolio, Sani Resort, fulfilled its main purpose to create a restaurant with a cosmopolitancharacter and modern identity, enhancing the resort's gastronomic scene. The interior design is unashamedly opulent, securingthe maximum effect from the space with style and imagination.
The guest first enters the reception room, furnished with generousdivans and armchairs, a large fireplace and wooden dresser. It is a space in which to relax before entering the restaurant to enjoyone’s meal. The restaurant space boasts large windows with a view of the pools of the Porto Sani Village.
The ceiling fabrics and an impressive chandelier create an impressionof discreet luxury.
The architectural plans and interior design of the restaurant were the work of Niki Andreadis and a team from Nimand Architects, whosebrief was to create a space with a contemporary identity and cosmopolitan feel.
Diners can enjoy the best kinds of caviar in the world in anelegant setting, served in both traditional and innovative ways, as well as smoked fish and other shellfish. Even the most demanding ofguests can look forward confidently to unique gastronomic adventure in a setting of great distinction.
