Although extensive changes on the building's views were not made, the addition of virtual windows and of perimetric cornice were enough to transform the former Louis Vuitton store without undermining the property's modern aesthetics.
The use of external mirrors is based on the need to enhance the brightness of the main view of the store, while offering more freedom as to architectural composition and selection of its basic materials.
Τhe dominant component of the Interior design is the production of all products within the store and the need to demonstrate the manufacturing method to the public.
Particularly on the building's ground floor, visitors can enjoy a full view of all baking and preparation processes, creating an internal view of an old laboratory that is separated from the main sales area with black panelled glazings framed by black lighting fixtures of the era.
Τhe French design team of Panetude dared combining many different finishings and styles, taking advantage of the particularly rich photo archive of the French company that illustrates the entire historical construction background of its stores. A typical example is the coexistence of traditional wooden items with subsequent styles in the use of wallpaper.
