The hotel is located in Arnis street, a green and quiet pedestrian side street less than 5 minutes away by foot from the Megaro Moussikis metro station and a leisurely 15-minutes walk from the downtown Athens.

The target group involves many long-stay repeating customers (even for more than a month’s stay). It was therefore necessary for all rooms to maintain a comfortable working space, a distinct dining room in addition to the living room and the main bedroom.

The client requested the total re-design of all hotel spaces, both interior and outdoor (total of approximately 1.500 sq. m.) It must be noted that the same client now owns the Crowne Plaza Athens City Centre Hotel, and the Holiday Inn Athens - Attica Ave. Airport West Hotel. It was thus of crucial importance that all quality-related specifications of both materials and style be kept on the same 5-star level.

The Holiday Suites-Arnis street Hotel offers 34 ultra-spacious luxury suites spread in 5 floors. The design concept focused on a open-space philosophy; in the same time a series of diverse sub-spaces offer the feeling of various private rooms.

Τhe aim of the renovation was to create an ambient space with a fresh and distinct identity, a cozy warm feeling, the combination of discreet luxury and comfort.
