The house designed by architect Alexandros C. Samaras is located in Ekali and built on a site of 1.500 sq. meters, a corner plot with a steep slope.

The building is developed on three levels, the intermediate of which is placed at the highest level of the land and accommodates the entrance area, the daytime area and the master bedroom, along with its auxiliary spaces. The living room benefits of large openings that facilitate access to the garden, terraces and roof.
