Morphological unification of the spaces through a

unified vocabulary, with elements from Cretan tradition and history.

The beachfront complex consists of rooms and bungalows, leisure facilities, conference facilities, spa, playgrounds and a water park, and is a complete beach destination with many different a la carte restaurant and a buffet for the family and every type of guest, throughout the day. The new Master Plan of the complex and the Renovation of the Common Areas of Creta Maris were designed by schema4.

The intention of the owners was to give the complex a unified design style, as in the past there had been several refurbishments of individual areas, resulting in a lack of uniformity. In this direction, the main lobby of the hotel, which includes the reception area, seating, bar, large covered terrace and V.I.P. seating area, the main restaurant, the pool bar, food arcade area with various food functions, two new restaurants, a new outdoor bar area on a terrace with stunning sea views, and a new wine bar restaurant on the ground floor of the main building, with a refrigerated wine cellar and a special restaurant-tasting area, were designed, which will open in 2024.
