L’Oréal Academy 

The L’Oréal Academy is a training centre that offers courses and seminars in both theoretical and practical fields. It is located within the company's office building, and the presence of a training area between the offices gives extroversion and vitality to the whole building. The Academy serves as a tool for the opening up of the company and its products to the professional community.

Efforts have been made to allow for parallel and simultaneous actions. The rooms can operate independently or in combination and accommodate multiple functions. The architectural design emphasizes the function that takes place within the space and the relationships that develop between the people who transfer knowledge - the direct receivers - and those who can observe remotely.
