It pertains to a residence housing a four-member family on an almost rectangular plot, at the northern suburbs of Athens.
The residence extends at three levels in total, i.e. a basement and two floors of superstructure.
The main entrance to the building is located at the centre of the ground floor’s plan view, signaling the starting point of the axis that passes through the building and is one of the most significant elements of the residence’s architectural structure.
At the ground-floor level, functions are structured circularly around the impressive hall, two floors’ high, at the central of the residence, which also features the stairs to the first floor. The strong axiality, the well-designed visual escape routes, as well as the proper sequence of areas, characterize the ground floor level.
