Four Floors Residence
Peristeri
The architectural design concerned the creation of a residential building, for two young people with three children, with a total area of 570m2, in the area of Peristeri. On the corner plot of approximately 170m2, two residences were created.
The aim of the design was the pure morphologically cubist volumes, whose oncoplastic relationship between them resulted in the creation of a shell which sometimes has openings that offer visual escapes to the urban landscape, the ground floor garden or the swimming pool of the roof and sometimes to contribute to the introversion of the building, in order to safeguard the privacy of the residents.
Outside the ground floor, through a small ramp at the lowest point of the plot, one is led to pilotis, where it meets the entrance of the residential building while in addition there is an enclosed common area with office use. The existence of a garden, in which a largescale olive tree dominates, invites you to enter.
