White Elegance

Loutraki

The private residence in Loutraki City was designed and built to serve the needs and desires of a modern family. The privileged position of the plot, with the impressive view, played a decisive role in the orientation and overall configuration of the residence, creating a minimal building form with clean volumes. Distinctive architectural wood detailing on the shell, off-white tones throughout the construction and a light abstract approach to the overall work created a contemporary and luxurious effect.

The abundance of natural light inside the residence was achieved through the large openings on the facades of the building, so as to make maximum use of the privileged unobstructed view. In addition, the main concern of the study was the configuration of interior spaces, spacious and ergonomic, with minimum partitions as possible. The exterior and interior of the building were essentially studied with a view to unification, as the purpose was to be harmonious and functional, producing a highly aesthetic atmosphere in a special and innovative way.
