Paros 

The luxurious residence is situated within the compound of two distinct housing units, set in the picturesque area of Pounda in Paros. The two buildings volumes connect via shared open areas with the focal point being the central arcade, featuring its stone walls and pergola.

The residence overlooks the west, harmonising with the plot's geometrical features, providing uninterrupted views of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. Access to the estate is granted from the eastern side, where visitors commence a splendid stroll through a scenic olive grove and progressively unveil the architectural structure and sweeping vistas of the sea.

Within, the kitchen and dining room function autonomously while preserving a direct link. Both areas are seamlessly joined to their corresponding outdoor spaces, situated in close proximity, providing peace and stunning views of the coastline.
