One & Only Kéa Island Resort & Private Homes
Perched above a protected cove, One & Only Kéa Island Resort and Private Homes brings
the wonders of the Mediterranean to life.
It is a luxurious tourist accommodation investment in an area of approximately 640 acres in a landscape of particular natural beauty in the southwestern part of Kéa.
The plot comprises two hills with a steep slope, encircling a bay with a sandy beach. A small river flows into the bay, creating an alcillium with mastic trees and eucalyptus trees in its lower part. This contrasts with the dry flora of the hills, typical of the Cyclades.
The hotel consists of the main building at the top of the northern hill, the "castle", and around and below it amphitheatrically spreads the "settlement", the "country", that is, the various types of independent hotel rooms with swimming pool. The main building, while being twostorey with a loft and basement, follows the natural slope of the hilltop in steps. The main entrance is on the top floor, the ground floor at the top.
