The creations of Chef Rousselieares which are overseen by the Executive Chef of Santa Marina, Stathis Thermos, focus on local seafood in a traditional yet fusion blend, while the signature cocktails prepared by Chief Mixologist Matthias Giroud round up this gastronomic journey.Dj Dimi.el – resident of Buddha Bar Dubai – embellishes this experience with his signature music sounds.
