The two identical Villas are situated next to each other, on a steep site in the area of Paleokastro, Heraklion Crete.

The site has its own beach and an exceptional view to the sea and the city of Heraklion, an aspect  that determined the  whole strategy of the design.

The architects were assigned to redesign the villas (the frame already existed) inside out. Each villa is developed in three levels - ground, first and basement - and were designed according to the needs of a holiday house.
