The site is located in an Athens suburb, Gerakas. The fact that it was a narrow site, led us to design a house attached to the adjacent buildings.

The basement serves mainly as a parking space, there is also the wine cellar, storage rooms and HVAC room there as well. At the ground floor there is the living room with a fireplace, the dinning and kitchen space. The upper floor hosts bedrooms and bathrooms.

We designed the common spaces, as well as the master bedroom to be located at the front of the house and face the public garden that is situated just on the other side of the street. In the back, a private yard was created to follow the kitchen and be a place of privacy and isolation.
