In the late 60’s, the pioneering Greek architect and urban planner Konstantinos Doxiadis materialized his vision:  he constructed on Lykabettous hill a landmark building for Athens, a building that in 2010 was awarded by the Ministry for Culture & Tourism the status of “monument”, selected for its outstanding architectural and historical interest.

Christos Ioannou and Miltos Kambouridis entrusted this timeless vision of Doxiadis to the Divercity team of architects and the development company J&P – AVAX, for it to be transformed into the most contemporary and unique residential complex in 21^st century Athens.
