Neo Irakleio

The 145sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 4-storey residential building in Neo Irakleio, built in 1986. The objective of the renovation was to redesign the apartment in order to create new functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that would serve the needs of a young family.

At floor plan level, the interventions are focused on the kitchen and the master bedroom. The wish of the owners to extend their bedroom space by adding an office space and a walk-in closet led to the design of a wooden sliding partition that separates these spaces from the bedroom. The movable element ensures both communication and isolation of the spaces.
