Stinking Βishop Restaurant

The restaurant was relocated to a 179.50 m2 space  with two levels , ground floor and basement.

The main aim was to create a plain, cozy space, unifing  an open kitchen, a transparent wine cellar and a bar, at the same area with a visual connection to the exterior.

The main entrance and the flux axis to the basement define the zones of the ground floor: the wine cellar and the bar to the right and the open kitchen with the main dining area to the left.

Large sliding or swing glass frames unify the interior with the exterior. A garden “wall” and a large canopy protect the exterior dining area from the cold.

The use of earthly colored kourasanit on all surfaces, the natural wooden floor finish, the highlighting of specific elements and the dining furniture aid to complete the general synthesis. All furniture have a natural brushed oak finish.Special care was taken for the best lighting and acoustics of this restaurant.
