Residence in Psychico

The residence is situated in Psychico, on a narrow rectangular plot.The plot’s shape played an important role at the house’s design, because it led to austere cubic design lines and volumes. 

The almost monolithic volume at the house’s front facade, is sculptured in a way that exposes a marble surface at the ground floor, while the first floor is covered with a white shell. The front facade is more solid, in order to give a more protected feel to the rooms that are overlooking the street. The back facade looks more permeable, having large openings that highlight the view of the garden and the pool.
