Thea

Opening in June 2015, Thea, the Belvedere’s new Mediterranean fine dining proposal is located at the most private spot of the iconic Mykonos hotel, offering spectacular sunset, Town and sea views.

Belvedere’s internationally acclaimed Executive Chef Nikos Zervos creates a new culinary experience including elements from the Mediterranean cuisine and infused with influences from around the world. Maintaining a balance between tradition and the present, Zervos manages to redefine familiar flavors of the past and give them a contemporary flair.  Raw food has a special place in the menu, with a wide selection of “Finely Cut” dishes.

Playing with colors and flavors, the Chef takes guests on a gastronomy journey, while using the best of ingredients and making wide use of organic produce where possible.

The dishes in Thea are vibrant and bold, yet simple and familiar, creating a feeling of comfort. There is a plethora of signature dishes, such as the beef fillet “Sashimi” marinated in espresso - orange with cardamom and edamame cream or the Yellowfin tuna with “Beluga” lentils sprouts, yoghurt mousse, citrus oil & salty “Ice Plant”.  The rich dessert menu features, amongst others, the Walnut pie “Ground Image”, with Cognac cream, cacao syrup and honey ice cream.

Thea restaurant is located on a small terrace overlooking the pool and Matsuhisa restaurant and offers breathtaking views of Mykonos Town, the setting sun, the sea and the stars. This bijou venue (seating up to 30 guests) is a favorite with celebrities who value its privacy. The venue’s simple and elegant design blends in with the Belvedere’s philosophy and puts the emphasis on the spectacular surroundings.
