House in Filothei

The house is located in one of the most beautiful suburbs in Athens, Filothei. It concerns two top floors of a modern apartment building by a well-known architect. The design is based on the creation of a modern

but at the same time fresh space, to reflect the young age of the owner and his lifestyle.

The configuration spaces of the two levels are joined together by an internal staircase. On the first level there is the living room with the dining room and the kitchen as well as the master bedroom, while on the second, we can see the office with a small living room which is in direct contact with the pool.

All spaces are dominated by minimal aesthetics with colors of grey, black and beige in order to ensure harmony and timelessness. Of extreme importance is the choice of furniture of high aesthetics as together with natural materials, such as wood in various shades and luxurious fabrics such as velvet and all of them compose an original aesthetical pleasing result.
