Piraeus Tower

Located in the historic Old Market of Piraeus, the Piraeus Tower was built in 1972-75. The tower, with its concrete structure and old 1983 facade, remained unfinished and vacant until 2020, when the DIMAND, EBRD and PRODEA Investments consortium began its reconstruction.

The building, with a total area of 34.623 sqm and a height of 88 metres, consists of two basements, a ground floor, a mezzanine and 22 floors. The basements, with a total surface area of 3.850 sqm, are used for parking 44 cars and the basic electromechanical operation of the building. The ground floor, with a surface area of 2.200 sqm, contains three shops, the main entrance to the building and a relaxation and wellness area for employees. The shops at the front of the building occupy the 1st and 2nd floors with a total area of 6.400 sqm.
