Recognizing the radical changes that have occurred in work and the work place in recent years, the client, with approximately 1,000 employees in Greece, made the strategic decision to develop an innovative “Operate from Any Location” work model. Such a strategic move required careful planning, which, combined with a systemic thinking approach, would transform the client’s workspaces into a destination, creating real prosperity for the company and its people.

The client, recognizing the need for such a significant transformation, turned to STIRIXIS Executive for the provision of all necessary services and steps that would ensure the successful completion of such an important project, on time and on budget. A key goal was also to maximize the return on investment for the project, which involved 10,000 square meters.
