Freud Oriental, Stones & Walls

Freud Oriental

Kifissia

In the heart of Kifissia, Freud Oriental is a model of discreet luxury and culinary excellence. The dark and minimalist atmosphere transports visitors from the moment they walk through its doors into a world of Japanese aesthetics.

The charm of the restaurant starts from its exterior, a special courtyard made of a metal mesh-like shell that, in combination with the planting, creates a frame for the impressive stone bar that dominates the back of the space. Within this atmospheric setting, an old tree, elegantly lit, stands out in the tranquility of the Japanese garden.

The interior is a testament to Japanese architectural culture highlighting the intricately constructed ceiling of wooden beams in the form of a woven canvas. Then the metal prismatic bar in the shade and appearance of beaten bronze fascinates the patrons.
