Saronida

The project concerns the construction of a new residential complex with basement and green roof. The site is located on a steep slope in Saronida. The building is organised in five levels: basement, ground floor – the pilotis space, A, B and C floors.

It has 5 independent apartments and access is from the ground floor, where the pilotis space is also formed. There is also the main entrance to the complex and the entrance to the ground floor apartment.

On the A and B floors there are 4 apartments with a typical floor plan. The apartment on the C floor has a private roof garden and is located at the top of the building with panoramic views of the Saronida hill.
