The two-storey residence is located in the northeast suburbs, on a corner plot with mild inclination and southern orientation. The building is designed to meet the needs of a three-member family, with a total area of 190 square meters, and a three-level development, from basement to first floor. The main objective, though at the same time a great challenge to the architectural approach of the particular project, is the combination of the classical synthetic choices, at the desire of the owners, with a simultaneous need for a modern way of life.

The residence has a monolithic appearance, typical of the classic lines of the past, and is placed in contact with the neighboring building, at the narrow side of the plot, in order to withdraw from the main road’s noise, allowing the surrounding area to develop freely and uniformly.
