Oliva Ristorante

Corfu 

Οliva Ristorante is located in the northeast Corfu, in the Nisaki area. On the plot where the project was implemented, an old olive mill operated, which formed the central axis of the design. The study was based on the emergence of genius loci. The main intention was the harmonious integration of important traditional elements in a modern space with ethnic and boho elements, which are complemented by the appropriate selection of furniture, lighting, and decorations in the space.

The space, following the natural topography, was formed in levels, depending on the functions and uses of the store (reception area, restaurant area, cocktail bar, brunch area, pier) in such a way that the visitor has direct visual contact with the sea of the Ionian Sea from every point of the area.
