The revitalization project led by Grivalia Hospitality and Kerzner International, in collaboration with the architectural firms AUDO, A6A Architects and K-Studio, along with Muza Lab’s interior design expertise, sought to transform the coastal landmark into a contemporary world-class destination, while setting a new standard for luxury resorts, based on experience, with a magnificent interplay between the technique, the artificial environment, and the landscape.

Reflecting the nostalgic spirit of a bygone era, One&Only Aesthesis offers an exceptional selection of bungalows, suites, and villas that redefine the experience of hospitality by the sea. Outdoor sport activities, a wellness centre and other event venues complement the residences, adding to the attractions and the versatility of experiencing this privileged location.
