Shipping Company Offices

The Piraeus shipping company was in search of a more central location in the Attica basin for its new offices. Their choice was a lease in a building on Kifissias Avenue, close to the Olympic stadium. The main requirement was a flexible office design that could be relocated to a new privately owned building in the future.

An open-plan design was chosen, with a focus on good lighting and the utilization of the surrounding view. The space was completely redesigned, with the exception of the ceilings and lighting. The company's three main departments now have designated spaces following the clients' suggestions.

The central area serves as the informal 'core' for the business/technical department, while the management and accounting departments are located on both sides of the floor.
