Office Building in Maroussi

Kaizen Campus is a state-of-the-art office building designed to meet the latest environmental and technological standards. The building is located on a rectangular plot between Neratziotissis, Niriidon and A. Papandreou streets, with 180° unobstructed views.

It consists of three floors with a total area of 7,500 sqm, while the basement of 7,000 sqm houses parking spaces and other auxiliary spaces. The morphology of the building, with the centrality of the open space as the main intention, was the outcome of successive design variations.

The specific design principle results in a free ellipsoidal form that provides privacy for the individual office sections while allowing views to the surrounding area and the central courtyard on both sides. This choice creates a through building where internal functionality dominates.
