Detached house
in Panorama, Voula
The Panorama area in Voula, as its name suggests, has the obvious characteristic of an unlimited view due to the intense slope and the amphitheatrical layout of the plots. The access from the road to the plot of interest is possible through its higher side. The maximum height of 9.50 meters from each point of the plot and the side distances, define a a stereometric volume within which the building is included.
The lower floor includes an independent apartment with one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom that can be joined at will with the rest of the residence, as well as underground utility spaces. The main house extends over the other three floors. In the following levels are also placed in order 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, common area and courtyard.
The entrance, the kitchen, the balcony and a polygonal swimming pool and finally attic-loft with accessible outdoor space. The level of the main reception areas is almost aligned with that of the street and the entrance to the residence is via a bridged access.
