Renovation of an old hotel of 80s
In Ysternia Bay in Tinos, atop an imposing rock facing the sea, lies a building erected in the 80s, initially purposed for hospitality. This is the reason for its current appearance. The project involves the design of eight detached houses, two on each floor of the building. Each house is designed to accommodate four people and includes a living, kitchen and dining area, as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Special attention has been given to the creation of ample outdoor space and living areas. This specific location was the core for the approach of the architectural design by Alma Architects. The aim is to improve its aesthetics and to respond to modern housing needs, especially in the summer season, by designing independent luxury residences.
