The company KYR-YIANNIS SA was established in 1997 by Yiannis Boutaris, one of the most prominent figures in the Greek winemaking, following a tradition of wine producers dating back four generations. The KYR-YIANNIS team, under the guidance now of Stellios, son of Yiannis, is moving forward having a vision for the Domaine’s future, working dynamically on the key pillars of the Domaine’s philosophy: innovation, respect for tradition and specialized knowledge in wine, starting from the vine until the end consumer.

   “My favorite wine is ‘’Dyo Elies’’. It is the first wine I made and it was launched to the market in 2004. It is a modern wine that follows tradition. It was named after the two centenarian olive trees located in the Domaine Kyr-Yianni in Yiannakohori, next to Syrah vines.”
