Villa Arete

Paros

Arete villa is built on the top of a hill, in the Velanies area of Eastern Paros, on a plot of 8 acres, with a panoramic view of the village of Marpissa up to Dryos and the island of Naxos.

The villa consists of the central residence and the two independent guest houses, with an area of 300 sq.m. The main house includes three en-suite bedrooms and spacious living areas. The two guesthouses have two en-suite bedrooms each, are accessible from independent entrances, and are equipped with a kitchen.

The strong winds that prevail on the island were a key element of the approach to the architecture of the exterior spaces, with the result that the exterior environment is fully protected from the weather.
