The Renaissance Theatres is TAKA+PARTNERS’ latest project located within Via Riyadh, the world’s premier destination for experiencing luxury and cutting-edge technology, steeped in local tradition and heritage. At the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, adjacent to the Royal Palace and the iconic Ritz Carlton, 7 luxury multi-themed cinema auditoriums await VIP customers to provide an unparalleled experience that is unmatched anywhere else in the world.

The project is part of the Saudi Vision 2030 framework, a government program aiming at the economic diversification, social development, and cultural advancement of the country, according to the vision of Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Its concept "One Location-7 Destinations" encapsulates the essence of the vision and desires of the client.

The project was designed and built utilizing BIM methodology allowing to the team, from the early stages of the study, to provide the client with the opportunity for timely visualization of the final outcome.
