The Donkey Hotels Group, owned by the Ioannou family, has announced its first hospitality investment outside of Athens: a 5-star luxury resort hotel in Messaria on the popular Greek island of Santorini. Opened on June 2022, as a member of the Yes! Hotels Group, the new NOŪS Santorini resort with the unique character and world-class interior design, is blending the island’s history with contemporary flair.

NOŪS Santorini comes to offer a new concept beyond the current “5-star” and “luxury” perceptions: it is a contextual experience that embraces and presents the local topography, produce, arts and culture. Designed by Divercity Architects, in collaboration with MplusM Architects, the resort’s concept draws inspiration from the geometric shapes of the island’s architecture and presents them in modern terms.
