Office Building in Peristeri

The office building is four storeys with a loft and is situated on a 607.81 sq.m. plot on Ethnarchou Makariou Street in the Municipality of Peristeri. The volume of the building is placed at a distance from the neighbouring buildings, which allows for the creation of free spaces of movement around the building. The elongated and warped shape of the plot influenced the architectural design. Properly integrating the building into the plot and designing a suitable layout would allow it to stand out and be easily visible from a distance, showcasing its overall volume.

As a result, those passing by Ethnarchou Makariou will notice that the building's facade on the street and the southeast facade serve as a 'development'. This way, the building's impressive volume and light design make it an attraction and a reference point in the area.
